Risk Management Program Design

Decisive Mgmt developed a Standards-Based Risk Management system in response to the increasing reliance on strict liability and negligence per se by the legal system. With the assistance of our client, we endeavor to identify pertinent regulation to which the employer must comply, such as NFPA's Life Safety Code, Nursing Home Compare and Medical Guidelines for the nursing home industry.

Nursing Home Compare and Medical Guidelines for the nursing home industry

After identification is made, computer software is developed and integrated into their operational software across their entire enterprise. The database allows positive outcomes to be recorded and verified for potential use during litigation.

Loss Control Rehab. Clients in danger of being cancelled by their current insurers are rehabilitated through intensive evaluation, training, programs, and loss control therapy.

Each project is tailored to the employer's greatest risk(s), such as the automotive, liability or workers' compensation.

Homebuilders Liability. We developed a format for an insurer to re-loss control an entire general liability program. They became concerned after a series of foundation losses occurred. After research, we found that builders in areas outside municipalities had limited controls and that 2 - 3 additional physical controls would significantly impact the conditions.
