Decisive Mgmt completes full, multi-line and mono-line Auto, General Liability, Product Liability or Workers' Compensation surveys for the underwriting departments of major international, national and regional property and casualty insurance companies as well as property & casualty insurance brokers in the Northeast. I have worked with a wide variety of insurer formats as well as our own in-house version. All reports can graphic information such as digital photos and building diagrams. Our product includes a detail description of operation, assessment and evaluation of the hazards and controls involved in the operations, management controls, accident analysis and recommendations. Recommendations are taken from a consensus or governmental standard, such as OSHA or NFPA. Follow - up recommendation checks are provided in order to ensure your client's response and verify their commitment. My accident analysis process identifies cost drivers from a top-down, severity based perspective allowing me to attack dollars directly.
